Guides in This Section

This guide is for administrators of your organization’s account (called a Client on this
platform) — managing members and roles, connecting integrations, and setting organization-wide
defaults. If you’re looking for day-of-event operation instead, see
Operators.

The YouTube, Slack, Members and Branding pages appear in the menu only for Client
Admins. Every other page is visible to all members, with controls a role can’t use dimmed.

Guides in This Section

  1. Members and Roles —
what a Client is, the three client roles (Readonly, User, Client Admin), what each
can do, why a control shows 🔒, and inviting people.
  2. Stream Keys and Restream Keys — viewing/revealing stream keys, and creating, rotating, and
    deleting restream keys.
  3. YouTube and Slack Integrations — connecting your YouTube channel and Slack workspace.
  4. Branding — your Client’s name,
logo, and colors in the dashboard sidebar and on your signs’ idle and waiting pages (not clip
    pre/post-roll — that’s system-admin-managed).
  5. OBS Plugin Devices —
downloading and installing the plugin, pairing and revoking devices.
  6. Event Configuration Reference — a field-by-field reference for event setup: stream window,
livestream target and broadcast days, locked fields.

Broadcast days themselves (adding days, creating and replacing YouTube broadcasts) are run by
Users on event day; the full procedure is in
YouTube Broadcasts.
